• Templates menu. Pick the design and paper size of each invoice from one Templates menu in the Generate Invoice sheet. If you use US Letter or Legal, choose the matching template once after updating.
• A quicker invoice sheet. Your payment terms are remembered for the next invoice, and Additional Notes starts collapsed to keep the sheet short.
• Clearer line items. Tracked tasks come first and cost items second, so clients can tell hours from expenses at a glance.

• Long text wraps neatly. Long addresses and company details now wrap inside their area instead of running past it, and item descriptions wrap more precisely.

• Consistent number formatting. Quantities on your invoices now follow your Mac's regional number format, just like prices and totals, so your line items no longer mix number styles.

• Task notes on invoices. Your task notes can now appear under each line item, so clients see the work behind the hours. Switch it off any time with Include Task Notes.
