Commands from the View menu and macOS standards.

• Show DashboardWhile the main window is frontmost⇧⌘D
• Open the Invoice Vault⇧⌘I
• Open Customer Management⇧⌘M
• Upgrade to Premium…Mac App Store edition only; the Setapp edition has no purchase UI⇧⌘U
• Hide or show the sidebar⌃⌘S
• Enter or exit full screen⌃⌘F

Invoice Vault window

These work while the Invoice Vault is the active window.

• Jump to the "Search invoices" field⌘F
• Print the selected invoice⌘P
• Quick Look preview of the selected invoiceSpace
• Delete the selected invoiceAsks for confirmation; deletion cannot be undone⌫

Cost Item Catalog

The catalog sheet opens with its search field focused; navigate entirely from the keyboard.

• Jump from the search field into the list↓
• Move the selection↑/↓
• Extend the selection⇧↑/⇧↓
• Tick or untick the highlighted itemSpace
• Add the selected items to the project↩

Sheets and popovers

• Confirm the default action (Add, Save, Done, Generate PDF…)Stays disabled until the input is valid↩
• CancelTime-entry, manual-time, deadline, and invoice-generator sheets⎋
• Template editor: leave focused mode, or save and close⎋
